VANCOUVER, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Western Wind Energy Corp. - (the "Company" or "Western Wind") (TSX Venture Exchange - "WND") (OTCQX - "WNDEF") announces that its shareholders have voted overwhelmingly in favour of management's nominees for election as directors of the Company. Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as auditors of the Company. The vote took place today at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
