WesternOne Inc. Provides Update on Flooding in Southern Alberta
VANCOUVER, June 24, 2013 /CNW/ - WesternOne Inc. ("WesternOne") (TSX: WEQ, WEQ.DB, WEQ.DB.B, WEQ.DB.C) would like to provide an update regarding the status of its operating businesses in Southern Alberta.
WesternOne management has been in contact with our operating businesses under our modular manufacturing division, Britco (www.britco.com) and our equipment rentals and sales division, WesternOne Rentals and Sales (www.WesternOne.ca). Management reports no injuries or major damage at any of our operating locations in Southern Alberta at this time.
In addition, WesternOne Rentals and Sales is sending heaters, generators and fans from its B.C. branches to its locations in Southern Alberta to assist with clean-up of the flooding in Calgary and surrounding areas in Southern Alberta.
WesternOne's management team and Board of Directors would like to express their sympathy for those who suffered injuries, lost their homes or businesses or have been displaced by the devastating floods that have struck Southern Alberta.
