WesternOne Inc. Reports Election of Directors at 2018 Annual and Special Meeting
VANCOUVER, May 18, 2018 /CNW/ - WesternOne Inc. ("WesternOne") (Toronto Stock Exchange: WEQ and WEQ.DB) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 17, 2018 (the "Meeting"). All individuals nominated as listed in the information circular dated April 11, 2018 were elected as directors of WesternOne for the ensuing year. As a ballot was not required, the number of votes disclosed in the below table reflects only the proxies received by management of WesternOne in advance of the Meeting:
