Westshore Terminals announces the Annual General Meeting results

VANCOUVER, June 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Westshore Terminals Investment Corporation (TSX: WTE) (the "Corporation") announced that at the Corporation's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, shareholders approved Management's Advanced Notice Policy, all as set out in the Corporation's Information Circular dated May 15, 2013.

The Corporation also announced earlier today a dividend of $0.33 per share payable to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2013.
