NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Dec. 1, 2016 /CNW/ - Marineland Canada is preparing to vigorously defend, and has prepared a detailed response to allegations made against the park by a radical, California-based activist group. 

These claims have resulted in charges being laid by the OSPCA following a public announcement five weeks ago that animal rights activists, who are frustrated by Marineland's high quality of animal care and the OSPCA's refusal to lay groundless charges, have begun an investigation of the OSPCA itself.
