Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Announces Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer
WHISTLER, BC, Aug. 8, 2012 /CNW/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) (the "Corporation") today announced the resignation of Kevin Smith as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") for personal reasons, effective September 10, 2012. On that date, Dave Brownlie will be appointed Interim CFO of the Corporation, in addition to continuing to be responsible for the day to day management and operations of Whistler Blackcomb as President and Chief Operating Officer. Dave Brownlie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and he will continue to be supported by Flora Ferraro, Vice President, Finance and Herbert Wong, Manager, Corporate Reporting. The Corporation has initiated a search for a new CFO.
