Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Announces Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting

WHISTLER, BC, Jan. 31, 2014 /CNW/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) (the "Corporation") today announced the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on January 30, 2014 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A total of 27,483,131 shares were represented at the meeting, being 72.4% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.  Shareholders voted in favour of all matters of business brought forward at the meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows:
