Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Files Fiscal 2013 Year End Audited Financial Statements

WHISTLER, BC, Dec. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX: WB) announced today that it filed its audited consolidated financial statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") and Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the year ended September 30, 2013.

In its December 11, 2013 press release, the Corporation reported Adjusted EBITDA, which is a non-GAAP measure, and provided a reconciliation of Adjusted EBITDA to earnings from operations, which was the most directly comparable financial measure available at that time.  In the MD&A which has now been filed, the Corporation has provided a more fulsome reconciliation of the same Adjusted EBITDA to the Corporation's net earnings.
