Whitecap Resources Inc. confirms monthly dividend for May of $0.05 per share

CALGARY, May 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) is pleased to announce that a cash dividend of Cdn. $0.05 per common share in respect of May operations will be paid on June 17, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
