Whiterock REIT Declares September Distribution

TORONTO , Sept. 18 /CNW/ - Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust ("Whiterock") announced today that its distribution declared for the month of September 2009 is $0.2805, representing $3.366 per Unit on an annualized basis, an annualized yield of approximately 14.9% based on the September 17, 2009 Unit closing price of $22.52 . Payment will be made on or about October 15, 2009 to Unitholders of record on September 30, 2009 .

At the close of business on September 17, 2009 , Whiterock had 4,743,044 Units issued and outstanding.

Reinvestment Program

Whiterock's Distribution Reinvestment Plan allows Unitholders to purchase additional Units using their distributions, without brokerage fees, at 96% of the volume weighted average trading price for the ten days immediately preceding a distribution payment date.
