Who am I? The Quest for Myself. The Montréal Science Centre presents its new
temporary exhibition from January 16th through April 18th 2010
Who am I? The Quest for Myself encourages visitors of all ages to undertake a quest that will help them understand who they are. Whether a person is kind, solitary or a tease, there's an explanation for each characteristic!
A Mysterious Environment
As they go through the exhibition, visitors can switch personalities on a theatre stage and enter a giant brain in search of what influence genetics and life experiences have on them. The machine room enables them to become aware of the role self-esteem plays in our personal development. Is physical beauty one of the social pressures affecting our individual sense of self-esteem?
At the end of their quest, participants have access to a portrait of themselves featuring their personality traits, which can be consulted on the Internet when they return home.
Who am I? The Quest for Myself is presented by the DOVE Self-Esteem Fund
With the support of SMURF(TM), Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke, Télé-Québec and Canadian Heritage.
