Who wants to be a Mile-ionaire?

TORONTO, May 5 /CNW/ - Beginning today, the AIR MILES(R) Reward Program has Canadians thinking about what they would do with 1,000,000 AIR MILES reward miles. For the second consecutive year, AIR MILES Collectors have the opportunity to win 1,000,000 reward miles through the annual promotion, Mile-ionaire. From May 5 to June 20 AIR MILES Collectors can earn over 1,000 Bonus reward miles during the promotion and could win 1 of 8 prizes of 10,000 reward miles. Winners of the 10,000 reward miles will have a 1 in 8 chance of winning 1,000,000 reward miles.

Crowned as the first AIR MILES Mile-ionaire, Roy Enger, was the winner of 1,000,000 reward miles in 2009.

"Being Canada's first Mile-ionaire has been an unbelievable experience, comments Enger. The Mile-ionaire winner can redeem the grand prize of 1,000,000 AIR MILES reward miles on an endless array of rewards - everything from travel, merchandise, to gift cards and charity donations. One million reward miles means the winner could be the proud owner of 260 barbecues or 700 digital cameras. The AIR MILES Mile-ionaire could even travel twice a year for life or make over an entire home inside and out.
