Who will Canada name as the most attractive employer of 2013?
TORONTO, April 25, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - 7,000 Canadian jobseekers were interviewed. 150 of the largest Canadian companies were ranked. Five will be awarded and the top 20 will be recognized. But only one will claim the title of: Canada's Most Attractive Employer.
Canada's business elite will converge on the Carlu in downtown Toronto on the evening of Wednesday, May 1 to find out which leading organization has been chosen by the Canadian workforce as the 2013 winner of the Randstad Award.
One-on-one interviews with Randstad Canada President, Jan Hein Bax can be arranged in advance and night of to provide perspective on what attracts jobseekers and current trends affecting Canada's workforce and leading organizations. Representatives from the top 5 finalists for the Randstad Award - Bombardier, IBM Canada, Pratt & Whitney International, Transat A.T. and WestJet are also available to talk about the importance of the employer brand and what they are doing to attract skilled workers. Additionally, representatives from the top 20 companies will be onsite and available for media interviews.
