Wholesale Furniture Brokers' Committed to Customer Service with New Returns and Exchanges Policy

On April 14, 2014, Wholesale Furniture Brokers released a new returns and exchanges policy on their Canadian site, http://www.gowfb.ca, to offer customers a more time and cost efficient return process.

VANCOUVER, April 17, 2014 /CNW/ - Online retailer Wholesale Furniture Brokers announced today that it has removed restocking fees from its Canadian returns and exchanges policy on http://www.gowfb.ca.

Qualified returns and exchanges are now only subject to the return shipping fees to a Wholesale Furniture Brokers' Canadian warehouse. Exchanges are subject to only 50% of the return shipping fees when exchanged for products of equal or greater value.

"Our new policy is designed to inspire confidence and show our Canadian customers that we are committed to improving their experience," says Sergei Tashlikowich, Wholesale Furniture Brokers' President and CEO.

Online shoppers can request a return shipping quote prior to placing an order.

"The estimated return shipping quotes provide our customers with greater transparency while adding additional peace of mind to the buying experience," states Tashlikowich.

Some American retailers do not arrange the cross border return shipping for their Canadian customers. Canadians who need to arrange their own return shipping will need to repackage their product and commit time to researching and exploring the freight company's options that will accept their packages, in addition to paying freight costs at fair market price and US custom clearance fees which could exceed the value of the product being returned. Their packages will need to clear customs which requires a US broker.  Even some Canadian furniture companies still require customers to pay a restocking fee on returned merchandise.

We will be arranging our customers' returns back to one of our Canadian warehouses which can be a much shorter distance, and the best freight cost is calculated on our discounted rates, and will not include extra US custom clearance fees."
