TORONTO , Sept. 15 /CNW/ - WIND announced today it has selected Ottawa-based Telepin Software as one of its solutions providers. Telepin specializes in creating mobile financial applications including Mobile eTopUp, eVoucher and eBilling capabilities. Telepin is providing WIND with its Cayman Transaction Platform to create the core platform of recharge services and transactional infrastructure.
