TORONTO, May 1, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Nothing says summer like a cool crisp clean glass of German Riesling. To prove the connection, Wines of Germany will be holding a series of free, in-store consumer tastings that is sure to get palates thirsting for their new selection of wines available in Ontario. On May 10, seven new German wine releases make their way to VINTAGES stores across the province.
In-store tastings will take place at 80 LCBO locations throughout the month of May. At each event, consumers will have the opportunity to sample an assortment of German wines - with accompanying food matches at select locations.
"If you don't love German wines, you just have not yet found the right one for you," says Ulrike Lenhardt of Wines of Germany.
