Wireless Matrix Transfers Listing to the NEX and Appoints New CFO

SEATTLE, WA, March 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Wireless Matrix Corporation (NEX: WRX.H) (the "Company") announces that, as a result of the recently completed sale of its subsidiary Wireless Matrix USA Inc. to CalAmp Corp. (the "Sale Transaction"), effective as of March 14, 2013, the listing of the Company's common shares will be transferred from the Toronto Stock Exchange to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, where the shares will trade under the symbol WRX.H.

In addition, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Richard Myers, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Zalena Khan who joined CalAmp Corp. in connection with the Sale Transaction. Richard Myers has also assumed the role of Corporate Secretary. Lastly, the corporate head office of the Company has been moved from Herndon, Virginia to 1200 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1800, Seattle, Washington  98101, U.S.A.
