With Attempted Obstruction charges stayed, Frank D'Angelo can now concentrate
on what he does best

TORONTO, Sept. 7 /CNW/ - With the recent news that his attempted obstruction of justice charges have been stayed, Frank D'Angelo can now concentrate 100% on the things he does best - run his business empire, compose and perform music, and continue to give all he can towards worthwhile charities.

"I feel vindicated, I do." stated Frank D'Angelo. "I've always believed that when you tell the truth sooner or later things will work out.  It's been a long year…I'm just happy to have closure for me and my family."

D'Angelo's lawyer, Mark Sandler added in his comments to the Court that "Frank has always maintained his innocence, that he committed no offence and believes there was never any prospect of a conviction."

Now in an effort to keep the goodwill going, Frank D'Angelo is preparing to release a new original Christmas song to help raise money for charities that help the homeless. Last year he successfully released his own rendition of Silent Night - with all proceeds going to a shelter in Toronto. Frank was also on hand to cook and provide dinner for over 150 people one night.

He will also be continuing his "Cheetah the Cold Campaign" an initiative where he and D'Angelo employees visit the homeless on cold evenings with warm beverages and blankets. The campaign is appropriately named after one of D'Angelo Brands' products - Cheetah Power Surge - Caffeine Free Energy Drink. 

"Sometimes we take for granted how fortunate we really are." continued Frank D'Angelo "Circumstances arise and the end result is someone is out on the street. These things happen but we need to pull together and we need to help these people."
