TORONTO, Jan. 10, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Russo Family waved their magic wands over Astral's Family Channel as the Canadian premiere of the special episode of Wizards of Waverly Place drew an AMA of over 1.2 million viewers 2+ on Friday, January 6 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The episode, which revealed which of the magical Russo siblings would be allowed to keep their wizardly powers, was the fourth most popular show across all networks for that day with total viewers and the number one broadcast across all pay and specialty channels.¹ With Family Channel's core audience of kids aged 8-14, the special was the number one broadcast all day across all English-language stations.²
