THUNDER BAY, ON, July 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Wolfden Resources Corporation (WLF.V) (the "Company" or "Wolfden") announces that it has granted a total of 2,440,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Such options have an exercise price of $0.30 per common share and expire on July 11, 2023. The grant of options is subject to regulatory approval. The grant in part relates to the Company's annual review of compensation as well as the recent appointment of a new President and CEO and the election of three new directors.
