WOOD COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF PRESIDENT OF
OPERATING SUBSIDIARIES
NISKU, AB, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - As previously announced, the Board of Wood Composite Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: WCT) (the "Company") has authorized management to identify and evaluate a range of strategic alternatives aimed at maximizing shareholder value. In keeping with this directive, management has taken a number of actions aimed at significantly reducing expenses and preserving cash flow, including reducing staff positions deemed surplus to its operating requirements while it conducts this review.
In addition, the Company announced that Dennis Collins, President of Millennium Decking Inc. and Millennium Decking USA Inc, has left to pursue other interests, effective October 31, 2010. On behalf of the Board and shareholders, John Greenwood, the Company's CEO, thanked Mr. Collins for his dedication and service to the Company and wished him well in his future endeavors. Mr. Collins will be available on a consulting basis to the Company's management for an indefinite period.
