COLLINGWOOD, ON, July 26, 2018 /CNW/ - In 2018, the Collingwood Elvis Festival will celebrate the worldwide impact that Elvis Presley™ had on music. For the past 24 years, his legacy has lived on at the annual festival, which attracts fans and Tribute Artists from all corners of the world. This year is no exception as the festival once again unites tribute artists from three continents, covering all genres of Elvis' music.
United in spirit, united in friendship, and united worldwide in admiration for a one-of-a-kind musical icon, we invite you to join us at the 2018 Collingwood Elvis Festival! This year we are presenting three signature shows full of special guests, and the very best Tribute Artists in the world.
ELVIS: UNITED | Saturday, July 28, 8 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
We come together united in our love of Elvis, featuring our 2017 Early Years Grand Champion, Canada's own, Champion Brycen Katolinsky alongside Ultimate Champion Dean Z from the United States and our 2017 Collingwood Grand Champion who went on to represent us in Memphis and was crowned the 2017 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Champion, from the United Kingdom, Gordon Hendricks.
SEMI-FINAL & CHAMPION SHOWCASE | Saturday, July 28, 11 a.m. –5 p.m.
This second round of competition features a special two-hour Grand Champion showcase backed by a full live band between competition rounds. Enjoy Anthony Von, Jay Zanier, James Gibb, Matt Cage, Robin Kelly, Ray Guillemette and Brycen Katolinsky and witness who makes it to the Grand Finals.
THE GRAND FINALS | Sunday, July 29, 2 p.m.–6 p.m.
The final round of competition features a live band and the top 18 finalists plus Special Guests. Be there to see the Grand Champions crowned and find out who will be the Collingwood Elvis Festival representative heading to Memphis.

Don't forget this is a competition to find Collingwood's representative for the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Competition in Memphis! The Friday Street Party is a great chance to see Tribute Artist competitors getting ready! Or, get up close and personal with Tribute Artist performances at specialty venues!
