World Point completes amalgamation

MONTREAL, June 30 /CNW/ - World Point Terminals Inc., ("World Point" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed its amalgamation with World Point Inc. ("WPI"). As more fully described in the Company's Management Information Circular dated May 13, 2010, this step completes the privatization of World Point. The Company has made application for the delisting of common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange which we expect to take place at the end of trading on July 5, 2010.
