Xerox Canada appoints vice president, Client Operations, Xerox Global

TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - Xerox Canada today announced the appointment of Patrick Tallon to vice president, Client Operations, Xerox Global Services, effective immediately.
Prior to this appointment, Tallon was vice president, Eastern Operations for Xerox Canada. In this role he was responsible for leading the organization's sales activities throughout all of Eastern Canada, including the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Maritimes, Newfoundland, and Ottawa/Gatineau. He was also responsible for Xerox's relationship with the Federal Government of Canada.
Tallon joined Xerox Canada in 1998 and has held a variety of leadership positions, from territory manager to director of Xerox Canada's Global Services Business for Toronto and South-Western Ontario.

"The number of Global Services clientele has increased so rapidly that it was necessary to dedicate an executive presence to serving this important customer base. Patrick's breadth of experience and extensive knowledge of the marketplace make him the perfect leader for this significant division of our business."
In his new role, Tallon is responsible for overall strategic direction, sales coverage, marketing, and support programs for more than 175 Services clients across Canada, close to 800 employees, and more than $160 million in revenue.
Tallon holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. He is a member of the board of the Royal Ottawa Hospital and a committed volunteer with the Ottawa Cancer Foundation.
