Xmet Inc. Retains Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to Lead Investor
Relations Activities

TORONTO, June 9 /CNW Telbec/ - Xmet Inc. (TSX-V: XME) ("Xmet") is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark") to handle its investor relations activities, including, among other things, creating financial market and investor awareness for Xmet among institutional and retail investors. Renmark is a Montreal and Toronto based company with over 12 years of experience in providing consulting and financial communication services for Canadian listed companies.

We choose Renmark because its standards and methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate to the investing public," noted Alexander Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of Xmet.

Xmet and Renmark have entered into a 12-month agreement effective June 9, 2010, pursuant to which Renmark will be paid $7,000 per month.

Renmark Financial Communications does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Xmet Inc. or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
