Yangarra Announces Director Resignation

CALGARY, March 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Yangarra Resources Ltd. ("Yangarra" or "the Company") (TSX-V:YGR) announces that Arthur Dumont has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately.  Yangarra was the only remaining Board of Directors Mr. Dumont was sitting on, but he has decided to step away from the business side of his life and to devote more time to personal interests.
