Yangarra Appoints Chief Operating Officer
CALGARY, March 12, 2012 /CNW/ - Yangarra Resources Ltd. ("Yangarra" or "the Company") (TSX-V:YGR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael d'Entremont, as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Company.
Mr. d'Entremont brings over 30 years of industry background in all aspects of oil and gas reservoir development, operations, drilling and completions with significant experience with horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracture technology. Most recently, Mr. d'Entremont held the position of President and CEO for Livingston Energy. Prior to that Michael held various senior management roles at Livingston Energy and Amoco Canada Petroleum.

Yangarra has granted Mr. d'Entremont options to purchase 450,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.55 (Cdn funds) per share, pursuant to its stock option plan. All the options vest immediately and will expire on March 11, 2017.
