Yangarra Renews Credit Facility

CALGARY, April 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Yangarra Resources Ltd. ("Yangarra" or the "Company") (TSX:YGR) renews credit facility.

Yangarra has resigned its credit facility agreement with Alberta Treasury Branches ("ATB") renewing the existing $80 million senior line. All other terms remain the same and the next review is scheduled for May 31, 2017.

Yangarra will release its financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2016 on May 12, 2016 after market close.

The Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday May 26, 2016 in the Tillyard Management Conference Centre, Main Floor, 715 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB. 

All reference to $ (funds) are in Canadian dollars.
