Yorkdale's new retailers feature impressive range of haute and hot couture

TORONTO, May 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Yorkdale Shopping Centre is bringing fashion lovers ten new boutiques and shops that will deliver a shopping experience like no other in Canada. The new retailers include some of the world's best known designers including Canada's first stand-alone Jimmy Choo and Versace boutiques and the first Moncler location. This year's new retailers also include Bulgari, Mont Blanc and a diverse range of popular brands including Canada's first Vince Camuto store, plus Forever 21, Garage, Justice and LUSH. There will be more new retailers announced later this year.  

"Yorkdale is a premier shopping destination because our new and existing retailers deliver an impressive range of fashion," said Yorkdale General Manager Claire Santamaria. "Construction of our expansion is on track and we're building momentum by welcoming brands that will inspire shoppers from head to toe. These retailers are helping set the stage for what's to come in 2016."

Yorkdale's newest retail expansion will create almost 300,000 square feet of new retail space and will open in the fall of 2016. The expansion will include a 188,000-square-foot Nordstrom, making it the largest Nordstrom in the Greater Toronto Area. The additional 110,000 square feet of retail space in the new wing will host up to 25 new boutiques and stores that will be announced closer to the expansion's completion.
