YTV launches exciting original competition adventure series Cache Craze
- Family teams compete in heart-pounding outdoor challenges to win prizes and take home the trophy
- Former NHL star Brad May and daughter Samantha among the teams battling for top prize
TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Corus Entertainment's YTV is launching a brand-new original competition show, Cache Craze, to debut on Saturday, March 9 at 6 p.m. The 10 x 60-minute series is a high-octane family treasure hunt inspired by the global phenomenon of Geocaching—an emerging GPS-aided game where teams search for hidden caches. In each episode of Cache Craze, family teams of two search for virtual caches that can only be unlocked after they climb, crawl and jump through over-the-top outdoor obstacles. Among the teams competing in the crazy challenges are NHL star and on-air sports analyst Brad May and his 13-year-old daughter, Samantha.
