Zaio Appoints new President

CALGARY, June 15 /CNW/ - Zaio Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David King to the position of President. He will report to Brad Stinson, CEO and a Director of Zaio Corporation.

Mr. King specializes in establishing and managing business fundamentals. With a background in technology development, product to market initiatives and corporate structure, David has previously held positions including Senior Vice President, Digital Media at Cineplex Entertainment LP, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Wi-LAN Inc. He is also an officer of privately held Corridor Interactive Inc., a software as a service provider, and Metropolitan Investment Corporation, a private venture capital firm. David holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Stinson stated; "It is very exciting to have an experienced executive like David King assisting with this initiative. It will allow me to focus on those key ingredients that make Zaio's process critically important to the appraisal and collateral risk industry today."
