ZCL Composites Announces the Voting Results from Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
EDMONTON, May 12, 2015 /CNW/ - ZCL Composites Inc. (TSX: ZCL) today announced the final voting results from its Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 8, 2015.
1. Election of Directors: A vote was conducted with respect to the election of the directors to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders. According to the proxies received, the following directors were elected to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:
