Zoono® Services Appoints Neil Lathangue CEO and Partner

TORONTO, July 7, 2020 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Zoono® Services Inc. today announced the appointment of Neil Lathangue as CEO and Partner.

Mr. Lathangue will be responsible for the implementation of the company's end-to-end long-term surface disinfection business strategy and the development and management of its operating and franchise, micro-franchise and ASP network.  He will oversee sales and management for North American corporate, national and regional services.

With robust experience and more than 15 years as an effective and respected and award-winning leader in the Environmental Cleaning and Infection Control Industry (ECIC), facilities services, and venture capital, Mr. Lathangue is uniquely positioned to oversee all elements of the company's business units.

As President and Partner of TBM Service Group, Mr. Lathangue developed the company to be one of the foremost service providers in the ECIC sector, leading the charge in the mitigation and eradication of microbiological content, viruses and infections, including COVID-19.

Previously, he co-founded and led GDI, one of North America's largest publicly traded facilities services companies and has been recognized as the President of one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies, by The Financial Post and Top 500 Companies, by the Report on Business Magazine. 

The former Chief Commercial Officer of ICS, a leading provider of commercial facility service solutions to many of Canada's largest and well-known real estate asset managers, property managers and landlords, Mr. Lathangue also led Desiderata Capital LLP as Co-Founder and General Partner.

In the past decade, he has successfully identified, invested in and guided successful companies in emerging and traditional economies. His experience includes senior executive positions at Waste Solutions Canada, Sierra Alpha Facility Services Inc. and Omni Facility Services.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Brock University, certificate from the distinguished Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program at Cornell University and a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Western University.

He is a sought-after mentor, and active with the Young Presidents' and World Presidents' Organization (YPO/WPO), Upper Canada Chapter in addition to being a certified Executive Coach, and author and facilitator for BOMI International.

Mr. Lathangue is a former Canadian National Champion ultra-runner, bronze medallist at the World Trail Run Championships and is committed to environmental causes.
