MONTRÉAL, May 13, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Some people have been inquiring about accessibility to the offices of the Régie du lodgement. The Régie wishes to clarify that the days our offices are open remain unchanged throughout the province, and the normal schedule is maintained.
In offices with only one employee, it may be that normal hours are disrupted on occasion due to vacation or sick leave, as has been the case for a number of years.
In the meantime, members of the public may speak to an information clerk by phone to obtain information on their rights and obligations, or for help completing an application.
As well, the call centre's interactive voice response system and the website of the Régie du logement can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Questions can also be emailed.
The Régie du logement apologizes for any inconvenience caused by that baseless information, and reiterates the commitment of its staff toward the public, and its desire to provide quality services to all its clientele.
For additional information, consult the Régie du logement's website at www.rdl.gouv.qc.ca.
