The annual Catersource ACE Awards are the Oscars of the catering industry.

The ACE Awards were presented on February 28 at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. And at the same time, Bernard & Fils was also nominated for a Catie Award from the International Caterers Association for their black pearls, a Quebec goat cheese hors d'oeuvre with explosive flavour. It won over an international jury of connoisseurs. In 2011, Bernard & Fils also received the Estim award from the Montreal Chamber of Commerce as the best service company.
