TORONTO, Feb. 17, 2016 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly will meet to consider Bill 111, An Act to amend the Energy Consumer Protection Act, 2010 to eliminate fixed rate electricity contracts between retailers and consumers.
The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, and Wednesday, April 13, 2016.
Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 111 should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016.
