Bill 14, An Act to amend the Co-operative Corporations Act and the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 in respect of non-profit housing co-operatives and to make consequential amendments to other Acts

TORONTO, Aug. 23, 2013 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly will meet to consider Bill 14, An Act to amend the Co-operative Corporations Act and the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 in respect of non-profit housing co-operatives and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 14 should contact the Clerk of the Committee.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send written submissions to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
