Bill 76, An Act to amend the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and Bill 77, An Act to amend the Labour Relations Act, 1995 with respect to enhancing fairness for employees

TORONTO, May 22, 2012 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will meet to consider Bill 76, An Act to amend the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and Bill 77, An Act to amend the Labour Relations Act, 1995 with respect to enhancing fairness for employees.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings on Bill 76 on Thursday, May 31, 2012; and on Bill 77 on Thursday, June 7, 2012.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 76 or Bill 77 should contact the Clerk of the Committee by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2012 (Bill 76) and by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2012 (Bill 77).

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on Bill 76 or Bill 77 may send written submissions to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2012 (Bill 76) and by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2012 (Bill 77).
