Projet de loi 80, Loi de 2015 modifiant la Loi sur la
Société de protection des animaux de l'Ontario
TORONTO, April 23, 2015 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on Social Policy is expected to meet to consider Bill 80, An Act to amend the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and the Animals for Research Act with respect to the possession and breeding of orcas and administrative requirements for animal care.
The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, May 11, 2015.
Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 80 should contact the Clerk of the Committee as soon as possible. Presentations will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send written submissions to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015.
