MONTREAL, Nov. 13, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - C2-MTL is launching today its Creative Answers to Commercial Questions Contest, a new initiative created to recognize the innovative contribution of particularly creative - and very "Montréal" - business projects across industries.
The ten winning projects are to be featured in a special section of New-York-based publication Fast Company's March 2013 issue, which will also be celebrating the "World's 50 Most Innovative Companies" of the year.
"C2-MTL is about finding creative answers to commercial questions", says Benoît Berthiaume, Executive Producer of C2-MTL, "and this contest is a way for us to uncover the most innovative business case studies, while showcasing Montréal. This contest perfectly embodies C2-MTL's mission and we cannot wait to see the gems that shine through."
The submitted projects, be they small or large, individual or multinational, should be groundbreaking, recent, have proven their commercial viability, and, in one way or another, represent, be inspired by, or celebrate Montréal. All ingenious minds headquartered in Québec are invited to submit an entry; are also eligible companies and individuals whose projects have been realized in or for Montréal.
The ten finalists will be chosen among the best in ten sectorial categories, including Aviation and Aerospace, Education and Training, Media and Culture, Health and Life Sciences, and Architecture and Urbanism.
Deadline for submission: December 3rd, 2012, at midnight. The winners will be announced on January 10th, 2013.
