Collective agreement reached between Cancrew Enterprises and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild Français
OTTAWA, April 2, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Cancrew Enterprises Limited and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild on ratifying a new collective agreement.
The new collective agreement, reached with the assistance of mediators from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, was ratified on March 31, 2014.
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service provides dispute resolution and prevention assistance to trade unions and employers under the jurisdiction of the Canada Labour Code.
