Desjardins is reducing business hours at its points of service and doing its part to limit the spread of COVID-19 Français
MONTREAL, March 20, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Desjardins Group continues to make the health and safety of its members, clients and employees a top priority. With that in mind, they've recommended that all points of service in Quebec and Ontario reduce their business hours starting Monday, March 23 to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
The recommended business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Members and clients should check their caisse's business hours before leaving home by calling in or visiting the caisse's Facebook page. Caisses have also been asked to limit the number of people allowed inside at the same time.
1,689 ATMs still available
All 1,689 Desjardins ATMs will still be available. They'll continue to be serviced as usual and no shortage of cash is expected. In addition to AccèsD Internet and mobile services, Desjardins has call support available from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week.
"Right from the start, Desjardins took action to meet the needs of members, clients and employees during this unprecedented public health crisis. As a responsible employer and organization, reducing business hours is an essential next step," said Guy Cormier, President and CEO of Desjardins Group.
