ENHARMONIE Residences: According to the most recent Crop survey, tenant satisfaction has continued to increase Français
MONTREAL, Feb. 20, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - According to the most recent Crop survey conducted in October 2012 among all tenants of the 10 Enharmonie residences, the tenant satisfaction rate has continued to increase since 2010. Virtually all tenants (94%) are "satisfied" (marks between 7 and 10 out of 10) with their residence, compared to 91% in 2010. In addition, more tenants (89% in 2012 compared to 85% in 2010) would recommend their residence to others, thus showing a high level of confidence towards their residence and its staff.
"All marks are situated between 8.1 (for recreational activities) and an incredible 9.4 (for administrative services) out of 10. This is absolutely spectacular!", explains Debbie Di Chiaro, Director of the Enharmonie network. The satisfaction rate concerning security has remained stable at 9.0 while increases can be seen concerning recreational activities (an increase from 7.6 to 8.1 out of 10) and the quality of repairs (an increase from 8.5 to 8.9 out of 10). Satisfaction with democratic life has risen most significantly, growing from 7.8 in 2010 to 8.4 in 2012.
"Our slogan is "Feeling good inside" and these results indicate that our tenants really feel at home in their residence", concludes Debbie Di Chiaro. "It's an honour to receive such positive results and I am convinced that all our employees welcome them as an encouragement to offer the best possible service, day after day."
