"Our employees are the drivers of our success and it's thanks to them that we are able, year after year, to continue modernizing life insurance in Canada in order to make it even more accessible. I want to thank them for their commitment and their involvement in our various initiatives, especially in the current context," says Humania Assurance President and CEO Stéphane Rochon.
For her part, Isabel Portelance, Vice-President, Human Resources, adds: "This year, Humania was recognized for, among other factors, its participatory-innovation approach, which encompasses more than 20 initiatives focused on health and wellness in the workplace, and for strengthening a culture that revolves around its five values: collaboration, innovation, agility, empathy and integrity." She adds: "Against the background of COVID-19, our employees' commitment to our corporate values is enabling us to focus our human resources actions very effectively. For example, the way we have succeeded in getting almost all employees to telework is a testament to our organizational agility in a time of crisis."
