MONTREAL, Oct. 19, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Group Juste Pour Rire confirms yesterday's announcement of the resignation of Mr. Rozon, and his withdrawal from all business affairs of the Group Juste pour rire effective immediately. To this end, Juste pour rire announces the imminent constitution of an independent board of directors. The latter will enjoy complete independence in the administration of the company's business.
Guylaine Lalonde will step in as President and CEO, and her top priorities will be the employees, the artists and the public that have made Juste pour rire a historical success.
Through a management team composed of Guylaine Lalonde, President and CEO, Bruce Hills, Chief Operating Officer, and Lucie Rozon, Executive Producer, Groupe Juste pour rire announces its formal intention to continue all of its ongoing and future projects, both in Canada and internationally.
