Laurentian Bank Securities organizes its first Canadian Small Cap Conference for institutional investors Français
MONTREAL, March 31, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank Securities (LBS) will be hosting its first annual Canadian Small Cap Conference for institutional investors on Thursday, April 10, 2014. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, located in downtown Montréal.
"Small and medium-sized enterprises represent a very large part of the Canadian economy. The purpose of this conference is to offer them an opportunity to highlight their strategies among institutional investors and will also facilitate and promote exchange between institutional investors and the leaders of more than 30 small cap companies," explains Ben Vendittelli, Senior Vice-President, Institutional Equity. Eight sectors will be represented at the full-day conference. These sectors include industrials, technology, infrastructure, healthcare, real estate, agriculture, special situations and consumer discretionary. The conference will focus on companies covered by Laurentian Bank Securities' Equity Research team.
