How to claim a prize
- Customers may have their ticket validated by one of 8,500 retailers or check it using the Lotteries application for smartphones and tablets.
- Winning ticket holders must contact Loto-Québec's customer service at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment to claim their prize at a Loto-Québec Winner's Payout Centre, either at the head office in Montréal, Québec City office, Québec or Trois-Rivières gaming hall, Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac‑Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix or Casino de Mont-Tremblant by 4:30 p.m. within one year of the draw date.
Unclaimed prizes: More information
- Loto‑Québec systematically informs lottery ticket buyers when a $1 million or more prize has not been claimed.
- When such a prize is not claimed within approximately one month of the draw, Loto-Québec issues a first press release.
- If the prize remains unclaimed, other press releases are issued as needed before the claim deadline.
- In addition, a page listing unclaimed prizes worth $1 million or more is displayed on Loto-Québec's Lotteries website.
- Any unclaimed prizes are redistributed to players in the form of bonus prizes and special draws.
