OTTAWA, Oct. 31, 2013 /CNW/ - The Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) will release the 2013 Substance Abuse in Canada report, Licit and Illicit Drug Use during Pregnancy: Maternal, Neonatal and Early Childhood Consequences, during the CCSA's biennial Issues of Substance (IOS) 2013 conference. IOS 2013, Canada's leading national conference for the substance use field, is taking place in Ottawa next week, November 4, 5 and 6 at the Delta Ottawa City Centre Hotel, 101 Lyon St. North.
