Media Advisory - OHRC's motion to intervene in the 'Neptune 4' case to be heard by Toronto Police Service Disciplinary Tribunal Français
TORONTO, Feb. 29, 2016 /CNW/ - On March 2nd, 2016, the OHRC's motion to intervene in the 'Neptune 4' case (http://www.ohrc.on.ca/en/news_centre/ohrc-seeks-leave-intervene-racial-profiling-case) will be heard by the Toronto Police Service Disciplinary Tribunal. The case raises the issue of racial profiling. It was launched after four Black teens were arrested at gunpoint by two Toronto Police officers in 2011.
