Quebec and the future of petroleum products

MONTREAL, May 27, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Media representatives are invited to attend the business luncheon of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at noon. Mr. Ross R. Bayus, President, Canadian Operations of Valero Energy / Ultramar Ltd., will be the guest speaker.

Mr. Bayus will express his vision of the petrochemical sector and of energy needs in Quebec. He will explain how local petroleum processing constitutes a significant asset by generating investments, creating jobs, and taking advantage of a refinery that is ultra-efficient from an environmental standpoint. He will speak about the Valero / Ultramar refinery, a world-class industrial complex that is considered to be one of the most efficient and best in terms of energy intensity and air emissions.
